When you work with us,
you work with us.

No handoffs, no layers, no creative roulette.

We’ve worked in big agencies—where your project gets assigned to whoever’s free, and clients rarely see the people who pitched them. That’s not how we work.

We’re not just assigned to your project.
We’re invested in it.

Meli’s coming out story went “mini” viral on YouTube

I decided to throw my name in the hat (literally) at a Moth Storytelling event in New York City. I told my story of how I discovered my sexuality and had that “oh sh*t I’m gay moment.” I posted the video on YouTube and it went viral which then lead me to being invited to officiate a lesbian wedding in Berlin. Prost!

Meli is a three-time entrepreneur

In 2013 my three co-founders and I founded Lemon City Tea Co. We created a tea line that highlighted the Caribbean and Latin-American roots of the four founders. At its height, Lemon City teas were served at over 40 restaurants, hotels and bars in Miami.

In 2018 my co-founder and I created an interactive sexual wellness and discovery app with over 50k users around the world. Eforia is the first app to offer romance and erotica choose-you-own-adventure games delivered in a text format – allowing users to lose control while holding onto it.

Multiple of her small businesses have been in the news.

Shanna thinks in flowcharts.

Shanna lives at the intersection of
Analytical Ave & Creative Blvd.

Since 2015, she’s been crafting strategies, supervising commercial shoots, running departments, building studio products, scaling operations, coaching cross-functional teams…etc. etc.

She’s had many titles, but really goes by:

  • Professional Dot-Connector

  • Freak in the Spreadsheets

  • Boss Lady

  • Shanna, Rhymes with Banana

Meli has messed up nightmares that deserve to be horror films.

So she turned them into movie posters.

Shanna starred in the never-made film Post Mates.

All while building the Post Production department for Chewy.com— proving she can, in fact, fix it in post.

Meli’s favorite show growing up was Family Matters and she loved dressing up as Steve Urkele and making videos.

Shanna’s first small business.

Short-lived, as she decided to just keep most of the merchandise instead.

EXHIBIT A

Shanna’s first concert was Green Day.

EXHIBIT B

Meli’s was… Sharon, Lois & Bram’s cousin. From The Elephant Show.

Shanna’s fingerprints never work.

Literally.

The fingerprint scanner at our old building refused to recognize her. When she tried to get fingerprinted at the French consulate, the machine broke on the spot.

…We’re not saying she’s hiding something.
But it’s suspicious.

Meli used to think there was an invisible shark that lived in her pool when she was little and she was terrified to swim in it alone.

Shanna’s AIM screen name was

SnowBrdingRoxMySox

She grew up in Boca Raton, Florida.

Just a few miles from the Everglades. And had never seen snow in her life.

Shanna and her father are both local celebrities.

They were once featured on the news for their artwork.

Fame has not changed them.

EXHIBIT A

In 2019 Meli served as a juror in a Grand Jury in New York.

EXHIBIT B

In 2022 she served as a juror at the Dubai Lynx Awards.

  • "Why aren't you wearing earrings?"

    Quote from Meli’s mother:
    Carolina Chamorro

  • "I don't get it."

  • "You aren't going to put on any makeup?"

    Quote from Meli’s mother:

  • "You are my favorite daughter."*

When Shanna’s mother finally told her what inspired her name…

Meli has still not forgiven her parents for this outfit and has not worn a pink tin foil dress since.

Meli is fluent in English, Spanish,
and conversational in French.

She can also order still water in flawless German.

Shanna only commutes by swan boat.

For logistical reasons, we now work remotely.

Meli is a tall 5’3”

Shanna once tried to type the entire book Matilda, so she could keep it after returning it to the library.

Some say this was the original bootleg Kindle.

Meli has never been able to touch her toes.

Meli’s first design job was for a firm that did PR for the Department of Transportation.

She didn’t realize designing the flyers meant sometimes passing them out on the side of the highway.

Character building, they called it.

Time doesn’t change everything.

The only band poster

Meli ever hung in her room.

As a late in life lesbian she now
question if this was a sign 🤔
